Two Women Charged in Domestic Violence Case on North Kings Highway

MYRTLE BEACH, SC — Two women were arrested early Thursday morning following a domestic violence incident reported at the 1300 block of North Kings Highway.

According to Myrtle Beach Police Department records, officers responded to the location at 4:40 a.m. on September 19. Upon arrival, police charged both individuals with Domestic Violence, 3rd Degree, a misdemeanor under South Carolina law.

Patrizia Mayria Garcia, 19, white female, was arrested at the scene. Ryhanna Lanay Mullen, 18, Black female, was also arrested at the same location and time. Both cases were logged with the same reported timestamp, indicating the arrests stemmed from the same call for service.

All individuals named in this report are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Charges and case statuses may change as investigations and court proceedings continue.
