COLUMBUS COUNTY, NC — A 43-year-old woman was taken into custody by Columbus County Sheriff’s deputies on Saturday afternoon following an arrest on an outstanding court order.
Brandy Renee Britt, 43, was booked into the Columbus County Detention Center at 4:23 p.m. on Saturday, September 19, 2026.
According to arrest records, Britt was charged with failure to appear on a misdemeanor. She was assigned a $500 secured bond following her processing into the detention facility.
