BOLTON, NC — A Bolton man was arrested late Monday night following a domestic disturbance investigation.
Charles Alan Bowen, 35, of 14470 Sam Potts Highway, Bolton, was taken into custody by deputies at 11:12 p.m. on September 21.
Bowen was charged with misdemeanor assault on a female and failure to appear on a misdemeanor. Held without bond on the domestic assault charge, he was assigned a $1,000 secured bond for the failure to appear count.
