Bolivia, NC — Brunswick County landowners are reminded that 2026 property‑tax bills were mailed before September 1 and were considered due at that time.
Taxes may still be paid without interest through January 5, 2027. Any unpaid balance after that date will begin accruing interest starting January 6 at an initial rate of 2%, followed by 0.75% each month until paid.
Payments can be made in person at the Brunswick County Tax Office and online through the county’s payment portal.
Landowners who have not received their bill or who need account clarification should contact the tax office promptly.
Residents are encouraged to review their statements and finalize payment arrangements ahead of the January 5 deadline to avoid additional charges.
