LORIS MAN HELD ON $125,000 BOND FOR MULTIPLE OUTSTANDING WARRANTS

WHITEVILLE, NC — A South Carolina man is behind bars in Columbus County after being served with multiple outstanding felony and misdemeanor warrants Thursday morning.

Jesmain Lamont Strickland, 45, of Loris, S.C., was taken into custody by deputies on Oct. 1 around 9:00 a.m. Strickland was served with two counts of failure to appear on felony charges alongside four counts of failure to appear on misdemeanor charges.

He remains held at the Columbus County Detention Center under a total combined secured bond of $125,000.

All individuals named in this report are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Charges and case statuses may change as investigations and court proceedings continue.
