MYRTLE BEACH, SC — Myrtle Beach police arrested two men in separate trespassing cases Monday, according to department records.
In the first incident, officers responded to the 1500 block of South Ocean Boulevard at 3:06 p.m. on August 17, 2026. Travis Lee Hale, 44, (Photo Unavailable) was arrested on a misdemeanor charge of trespassing – entry on another’s pasture or other lands after notice. A case report was logged at the same time and location.
Earlier that morning, police were called to the 2000 block of Greens Boulevard at 11:06 a.m. Officers arrested James Ray Hale, 51, on a misdemeanor charge of trespassing – entering premises after warning or refusing to leave. A case report was filed in connection with the arrest.

All individuals listed are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Charges and case statuses may change as investigations and court proceedings continue.
