WINNABOW, NC — A domestic disturbance in Winnabow led to charges of interfering with emergency communications on Sunday night.
Deputy Aaryn Carter responded to a call on Cherrytree Road at 8:21 p.m. on August 16, 2026. According to official logs, an individual intentionally disrupted an attempt to contact 9-1-1 emergency services during the dispute.
All individuals listed are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Charges and case statuses may change as investigations and court proceedings continue.
