METH DISTRIBUTION, LOITERING CHARGES REPORTED ON MR. JOE WHITE AVENUE

WILSON, TEQUENEZ FAISONE (MBPD)

MYRTLE BEACH, SC — A 34‑year‑old man was arrested early Sunday morning after Myrtle Beach police reported a misdemeanor meth‑related distribution offense and a loitering ordinance violation along Mr. Joe White Avenue.

According to the arrest report, officers encountered Tequenez Faisone Wilson at approximately 7:08 a.m. on August 23 in the 1800 block of Mr. Joe White Avenue. Police charged Wilson with one count of drugs/distribution of methamphetamine, listed as a first‑offense misdemeanor under state statute excluding manufacturing‑related provisions. He was also charged with violating the city’s loitering ordinance for harmful purpose or effect.

A separate citation issued the same morning shows Wilson was cited for loitering with harmful purpose or effect. That citation lists the location as 1845 Mr. Joe White Avenue at the same time the arrest was documented.

All individuals listed are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Charges and case statuses may change as investigations and court proceedings continue.
