MYRTLE BEACH, SC — A 24‑year‑old man was arrested early Monday after officers reported a DUI and a related traffic violation along Hadley Circle.
According to Myrtle Beach Police Department records, Royce Chandler Britt, 24, was taken into custody at approximately 2:11 a.m. on August 24 in the 1200 block of Hadley Circle. Police listed two alleged misdemeanor offenses connected to the arrest: DUI, less than .10, first offense, and striking fixtures on or adjacent to a highway.
A case report was logged at the same time and location.
Citation records show Britt was also cited at 1221 Hadley Circle, also at 2:11 a.m., for the same alleged violations. The citations were for DUI, less than .10, first offense, and for striking fixtures on or adjacent to a highway.
