Myrtle Beach, SC — The Myrtle Beach Police Department is asking for the public’s help identifying an individual who was found deceased within the city limits without any form of identification, a phone, personal belongings, or tattoos.
According to investigators, extensive checks through local, state, and federal databases have not yet produced a match. Because of that, the department has released a forensic postmortem illustration intended to show a possible representation of the individual’s appearance.
Officials note the image is not an exact likeness, and the person’s actual appearance may have differed.
Anyone who recognizes the individual or has information that could assist detectives is asked to contact MCpl. Christopher M. Voegele at 843.918.1959. Even small details, investigators say, may help provide a name and bring answers to those who may be searching for this person.
