CONWAY, SC — The Conway Board of Zoning Appeals will meet Thursday, August 27 at 5:30 p.m. at the Planning & Development Department on Laurel Street. The agenda includes approval of June minutes and several public hearings on variance requests.
Board members will review requests involving parking requirements on Ninth Avenue, accessory structure rules for a site at Victory Lane and Highway 501, and Gateway Corridor Overlay standards for properties near University Drive. A separate request tied to the Village Corridor Overlay concerns a parcel on Sixteenth Avenue.
An administrative appeal related to nonconformities for a property on East U.S. Highway 501 has been requested for deferral to the board’s September 24 meeting.
