Columbia, South Carolina — Darline Graham was projected as the winner of Tuesday’s Republican U.S. Senate runoff in South Carolina, finishing ahead of U.S. Rep. Ralph Norman in the two‑candidate contest.
The projection is based on statewide vote totals reported through election‑night data feeds used by national election services.
South Carolina election officials are continuing the required canvass to formally declare the Republican nominee for November’s general election.
Certified totals will be released by the South Carolina State Election Commission when the canvass and state review are complete.
