Silver Coins Worth $3,000 Stolen in Clarendon Theft

CLARENDON — Law enforcement officials are investigating a major larceny after a Clarendon resident reported her rare coin collection stolen. Deputy Xavier Williams responded to a home on Walter Todd Road where victim Betty Soles Hinson reported that 20 silver dollars and historic coins valued at $3,000 were taken from her residence. A 27-year-old female suspect has been named in the incident report.
