MYRTLE BEACH, SC — Two women were arrested early Sunday morning following a disturbance reported in the 7100 block of North Ocean Boulevard.
According to police records, officers responded at approximately 4:00 a.m. on September 6, where they encountered two individuals involved in an altercation.
Cicily Wynne Pridgen, 33, was taken into custody on two misdemeanor charges: Malicious Injury to Animals or Personal Property valued at $2,000 or less, and Disorderly Conduct — Fighting or Forcing Compulsion on Another under city ordinance. The arrest and case initiation were logged at the same time and location.
In a separate arrest at the scene, Carla Whitney Pridgen, 37, was charged with Disorderly Conduct — Fighting or Forcing Compulsion on Another, also a misdemeanor under local ordinance. Her arrest was recorded at the same time and location as the initial incident.
No additional details regarding the circumstances of the disturbance were immediately released.
