MYRTLE BEACH, SC — 21‑year‑old woman was taken into custody early Monday morning after police say she was driving with a blood‑alcohol level between .10 and .16 and did not have a valid license.
Officers arrested Melissa Rose Buehrle, 21, on DUI / DUI, .10 but < .16, 1st Offense (Misdemeanor) and Driving Without a License – 1st Offense (Misdemeanor).
The arrest occurred around 1:55 a.m. on September 21, 2026, in the 300 block of 9th Avenue North in Myrtle Beach, according to police records. A citation for Driving Without a License was also issued at the same location and time.
