TABOR CITY, NC — A Tabor City resident was booked into the county jail on Friday afternoon following an arrest on multiple court orders.
Almon Devantee Rondell Phillips, 33, of 2731 Wright Road, Tabor City, was arrested at 4:22 p.m. on September 18.
Phillips was charged with two counts of failure to appear on a misdemeanor. He was placed under a $1,000 secured bond and released later that day.
All individuals named in this report are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Charges and case statuses may change as investigations and court proceedings continue.
