Columbus County Detention Center Booking Log: September 24-25, 2026

Several individuals were booked into the Columbus County Detention Center between September 24 and September 25, 2026. Charges range from serious felony drug trafficking offenses to traffic-related violations.

Drug & Weapons Offenses

Luis Uriel Aguilar, 31, of Conway, SC, was booked late Sept. 24 on multiple charges including felony trafficking in cocaine, maintain place controlled substance, PWIMSD methamphetamine, possessing drug paraphernalia, carrying a concealed gun, and resisting a public officer. He is being held on a $75,000 secured bond.
Francisco Quezada Barrios, 39, was booked Sept. 24 for felony trafficking in cocaine, PWIMSD methamphetamine, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Bond was set at $50,000 secured.

Felony Offenses

Ernest Levon McLeod, 46, of Fair Bluff, NC, was arrested Sept. 24 and charged as a habitual felon. He is currently held under no bond.

DUI & Traffic Violations

Tristan McPherson, 20, of Whiteville, NC, was booked Sept. 24 on charges of driving while license revoked (not impaired) and failure to appear on a misdemeanor. Total bond was set at $2,000 secured.
Michael Alonzo Mcarthur, 43, of Whiteville, NC, was booked early Sept. 25 for driving while impaired (DWI), driving while license revoked (not impaired), and driving left of center. He is held under no bond.

Larceny, Public Order & Resisting Arrest

James Barton, 36, of Lumberton, NC, was booked Sept. 24 for misdemeanor larceny. Bond was set at $2,000 secured.
Rogerick Brent Bullard, 19, of Clarendon, NC, was booked Sept. 24 for resisting a public officer and disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $1,500 secured.
