COLUMBUS COUNTY, NC — A Robeson County man was booked into the county facility Thursday evening on property crime charges.
James Barton, 36, of Lumberton, was taken into custody on Sept. 24 at approximately 5:51 p.m. and charged with misdemeanor larceny.
Barton was placed under a $2,000 secured bond while awaiting trial.
All individuals named in this report are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Charges and case statuses may change as investigations and court proceedings continue.
