Horry County Law Enforcement Update: Major Multi-Agency Narcotics Bust

Following a multi-agency operation targeting drug trafficking and violent crime, the Horry County Police Department (HCPD) and federal partners have seized significant illicit narcotics, weapons, property, and cash. The investigation remains active, and additional charges are expected.

Seized Evidence & Assets

• Narcotics: ~12.7 lbs methamphetamine, 10.9 lbs marijuana, 3.3 lbs fentanyl, 3.2 lbs cocaine, and 0.57 lbs crack cocaine.

• Weapons: 28 firearms (3 confirmed stolen).

• Cash & Vehicles: $397,557 in cash (seized by HSI), 5 motor vehicles, 3 dirt bikes, 2 golf carts, 2 jet skis, 1 ATV, 1 boat, and 1 motorcycle (with at least 3 additional vehicles identified for seizure).

Individuals Arrested

• Devonte Claridy: Cocaine trafficking, fentanyl trafficking.

• Cephus Pierce: Possession of a stolen handgun, unlawful firearm possession.

• Raymond Hypolite: Methamphetamine trafficking, possession of a firearm during a violent crime, felon in possession of a firearm.

• Jaquez Young: Methamphetamine trafficking (2 counts), fentanyl trafficking, cocaine trafficking, cocaine base distribution, Schedule I–V drug distribution, possession of a weapon during a violent crime.

• Steven Bellamy: Fentanyl trafficking.

• Lecephrus Pierce: Cocaine trafficking (7 counts), fentanyl trafficking, cocaine base trafficking, methamphetamine distribution (3rd+ offense), Schedule I–V drug distribution, felon in possession of a firearm (2 counts), possession of a stolen handgun, possession of stolen goods, obstruction of justice.

• Travon Floyd: Cocaine trafficking (6 counts), methamphetamine trafficking, fentanyl trafficking, Schedule I–V drug distribution, possession with intent to distribute marijuana, possession of a weapon during a violent crime.

• Khyheem Bellamy: Methamphetamine trafficking (2 counts), fentanyl trafficking, cocaine trafficking (2 counts), possession with intent to distribute crack cocaine (3rd+ offense), cocaine possession (3rd+ offense).

• Rondell Bellamy: Felon in possession of a firearm.

• Shatara Soles: Obstruction of justice.

• Shaheem Williams: Assault and battery (3rd degree), pointing/presenting firearms (2 counts), felon in possession of a firearm (Note: Williams’ charges are currently unrelated to the narcotics operation).

Wanted Suspect Investigators are actively seeking Wesley Predelus, wanted for trafficking methamphetamine (200g–400g).
