LELAND, NC — A violent dispute at a Leland residence resulted in felony domestic violence charges.
Antijuan Ballard, 47, of Leland, was arrested on September 24 by the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office. Deputies dispatched to the scene early in the morning reported that a verbal dispute escalated into a physical assault.
Ballard was booked on a charge of assault by strangulation.
