Council to consider support resolution and local match commitment for NCDOT trail and sidewalk feasibility study grant program before regularly scheduled public forum.
SUNSET BEACH, NC — Mayor Phillips has called a Special Meeting of the Sunset Beach Town Council for Wednesday, October 28, 2026, at 1:30 p.m. in Council Chambers.
During the meeting, council members will hear a resolution of support and consider a local-match commitment related to the North Carolina Department of Transportation (NCDOT) Integrated Mobility Division (IMD) Paved Trails and Sidewalk Feasibility Studies Grant Program.
Following the special meeting, the Town’s regularly scheduled Public Forum will begin at 2:00 p.m. Both meetings will be held in Council Chambers.
