Town of Leland

LELAND — The Leland Town Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, March 19 at 6 p.m., or shortly thereafter, at Leland Town Hall, 102 Town Hall Drive.

Council members will consider a text amendment to the Town’s Code of Ordinances that would add detailed standards for Data Center uses. The proposal aims to clarify how data centers are permitted within town limits and to establish ordinance requirements specific to this type of development.

The public is invited to attend and offer comments during the hearing. Written comments may be submitted up to 24 hours before the hearing.
