TABOR CITY, NC — A Tabor City man is being held without bond after being linked to a local larceny investigation over the weekend.
Donnie Shane Coleman, 49, of Carolina Road, was arrested by Columbus County Sheriff’s deputies on Saturday evening, Sept. 12, shortly after 8:00 p.m. Coleman’s arrest follows a misdemeanor larceny report filed earlier that day by a resident on Carolina Road.
Coleman was charged with Misdemeanor Larceny and served with an outstanding Parole Violation. While a $5,000 secured bond was set for the larceny charge, Coleman is being held without bond on the parole violation.
All individuals named in this report are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Charges and case statuses may change as investigations and court proceedings continue.
