Tuesday, Sept. 22, 2026

• David Lee Barnhill, 39, 120 School St., Tabor City — Possess drug paraphernalia, resisting a public officer. No bond.

• Clayton Atlas Benton, 39, 204 W. Calhoun St., Whiteville — Second degree trespass. $200 secured bond.

• Larry Dwayne Berry, 51, 3595 Swamp Fox Hwy. W, Tabor City — Failure to appear on misdemeanor, resisting a public officer, carrying a concealed gun. $3,000 total secured bond.

• Samantha Elizabeth Blair, 36, 515 Ole Farm Trail, Whiteville — Speeding, expired registration card/tag, driving while license revoked (not impaired revocation). $500 secured bond.

• Jeffery Scott Carter, 62, 1033 Cane Loop Rd., Elizabethtown — Driving while license revoked (not impaired revocation), fictitious/altered title/registration card/tag, failure to appear on misdemeanor (two counts). $4,000 total secured bond, $250 unsecured bond.

• Ashley Faye Graham, 34, 204 W. Calhoun St., Whiteville — Second degree trespass. $350 unsecured bond.

• Forrest Ray Kelly, 28, 25336 Andrew Jackson Hwy., Delco — Felony breaking and/or entering, attempted larceny, injury to real property. $30,000 secured bond.

• Samantha Lockamy, 40, 1126 Pleasant Grove Ch. Rd., Bladenboro — Felony possession of cocaine, possess fentanyl, possess drug paraphernalia. $55,000 total secured bond.

• Chris Laverne Posey, 57, 3599 Whitehall Rd., Whiteville — Possess with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver Schedule II controlled substance, failure to appear on misdemeanor. $35,500 total secured bond.

Wednesday, Sept. 23, 2026

• John William Russ, 42, Craven Correctional, Vanceboro — Inmate transfer/hold (no charge data listed).
