WHITEVILLE — A Delco man already tied to a major ongoing regional theft investigation was booked into the county jail Tuesday on felony break-in charges.
Forrest Ray Kelly, 28, of 25336 Andrew Jackson Hwy., Delco, was taken into custody by Columbus County deputies at approximately 10:19 a.m. on Sept. 22. Kelly faces charges of felony breaking and/or entering, attempted larceny, and injury to real property.
Kelly was booked under a $30,000 secured bond.
