Charlotte Norris 87, of Bolivia passed on Monday, October 5, 2026 at home. She was born in Iowa the daughter of the late Elzo and Edna Hoaglan. She was the widow of Isaac Davis Norris. She was also preceded in death by a son, John Davis Norris; a brother Gerald Hoaglan; sisters, Darlene Krueger and Marlene Soles.
In addition to her parents, Elzo and Edna Hoaglan, she was predeceased by her beloved husband, Isaac Davis Norris; son, John Davis Norris; great-granddaughter, Kayleigh Norris; brother, Gerald Hoaglan; sisters, Darlene Krueger (Billy) and Marlene Soles (Keith); father-in-law, Hubert Norris; mother-in-law, Carrie Love Norris; sister-in-law, Velma Norris; and brothers-in-law, Dewitt Cox, Billy Norris, and Horry Edwards.
Surviving her are her children, Debra Edwards (Benjy) and Cindy Baccarny (Stephen); grandchildren, Isaac David Norris (Alison), L. Whitney Hall (Micah), Jami Burney (Jerry), Jonathan Norris, Ashley Norris, and Alison Deal (Chris); great-grandchildren, Laken Rahall, Josiah and Sasha Hall, Rainey, Peyton, and Suri Evans, Sidney and Mia Norris, Leigha and Logan Deal; sisters, Marilyn Cox and Janice Monfre (Joe); sisters-in-law, Linda Edwards, Phyllis Mills (Ted), and Helen Norris; brother-in-law, Brooks Norris; and many special nieces and nephews.
Her funeral service will be held at 2:00pm on Friday October 9, 2026 at Trinity Baptist Church with Rev. Barry Swain officiating. Visitation will be held on hour prior to her service.
