WHITEVILLE — A Forsyth County resident was placed behind bars in Whiteville after law enforcement executed a probation warrant.
Douglas Fredrick Shaw, 45, of Winston-Salem, was taken into custody on Wednesday, October 7, at 12:36 PM. Shaw was booked into the Columbus County Detention Center for a probation violation and is being held without bond.
All individuals named in this report are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Charges and case statuses may change as investigations and court proceedings continue.
