FDA RECALL: Nature’s Own Hawaiian Bread Recalled Over Undeclared Milk Allergen

FDA RECALL:  Consumers with milk allergies should check affected products and return or discard them.
Flowers Foods, Inc. is recalling select Nature’s Own Hawaiian Bread products after discovering some packages failed to list milk as an ingredient. People with milk allergies or severe sensitivities could face a serious reaction if the product is consumed.

The recall includes certain 20-ounce loaves and 40-ounce two-pack bags distributed in Arkansas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, and Texas. No illnesses have been reported.

Affected products should be discarded or returned for a refund. Consumers with questions can contact the company’s Consumer Relations Center at 1-866-245-8921.
