  • Incident Details: A warrant was served on a 47-year-old Black male (5’05”, 120 lbs, black hair, brown eyes) on behalf of the State of North Carolina.

Ex-Parte Order, Eviction & Property Seizure (Delco)

  • Incident Number: 26-1517

  • Date & Time: 07/09/2026 @ 4:30 PM

  • Location: 25145 Andrew Jackson Highway East, Delco, NC 28436

  • Reporting Officer: Deputy Chase Watts

  • Victim: Amalia Melchor Mendoza

  • Suspect/Offender: White male (black hair, brown eyes)

  • Incident Details: Deputies responded to execute an Ex-Parte Order and Eviction. During the incident, a gray Springfield M1911 pistol valued at $100.00 was documented as property.
