Bolivia, NC — The Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office says its Vice/Narcotics Unit and Special Operations Unit have been busy in recent weeks working a series of investigations aimed at slowing the spread of illegal drugs in local neighborhoods. Deputies report that these cases involved surveillance, search warrants, and coordinated enforcement efforts across several parts of the county.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, the goal of these operations is to reduce the availability of dangerous narcotics such as fentanyl, heroin, methamphetamine, and counterfeit pills – substances that continue to drive overdoses and related crime throughout the region.
