Daniel Entsminger, 66, of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, passed away peacefully on September 15th, 2026.
He was born on July 11th, 1960, in Cheverly Maryland, to Samuel and Irene Entsminger.
Dan grew up in Falls Church, Virginia and attended Falls Church High School. He was a man of many talents and trades. He worked as a handy man, roofer, painter, contractor, and salesman.
Outside of his work, Dan loved making beautiful stained-glass artwork, which he learned as a teenager on his memorable trip to California. He also loved the beach which brought him down to South Carolina many years ago. He was known for his great story telling abilities that focused on historical trivia and remembrances.
He was always willing to lend a hand to family and friends with home improvement projects that show cased his great talents for craftmanship. In addition to his handyman talents, he was an avid karaoke singer who enjoyed entertaining others. He was a Christian man who relied on his faith in God throughout his life.
He is survived by his children: Doug (Lindsay) Entsminger, Christopher (Marsha) Entsminger, and Justin (Jill) Entsminger, his grandchildren: Reid (Rachel), Kylie, Hunter, Bella, Tyler, Savannah, Zackary, Aidan, and Giuliana; his great-grandchildren: Landon, Liam, Levi and a new great grandson to arrive in February 2027; and his loving siblings: Sam Entsminger of Virginia, and Debbie Entsminger of Maryland. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and dear friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Samuel and Irene Entsminger, and his brothers Donny and David Entsminger.
A visitation will be held on Saturday September 26th, 2026, from 10 am to 11 am with a service to follow at 11 am at Lee Funeral Home 11840 Hwy. 90 Little River, South Carolina.
