The following booking details were compiled from official Columbus County Detention Center media reports. 

Wednesday, September 9, 2026

• Angel Arellano, 35, of Whiteville, NC, was booked for felony flee/elude arrest with a motor vehicle ($50,000 secured bond), assault on a government official/employee (2 counts), driving while license revoked (not impaired), fictitious/altered title/registration card/tag, no liability insurance, and hit and run leaving the scene with property damage.

• Patrick Lamar Bass, 60, of Whiteville, NC, was booked for failure to appear on a misdemeanor (3 counts). ($1,500 secured bond; court dismissed/released on all counts).

• Sarah Parker Faircloth, 64, of Whiteville, NC, was booked for felony possession of methamphetamine ($15,000 unsecured bond) and possession of drug paraphernalia. Released Sept. 9.

• Bernard Clifton Jackson III, 21, of Whiteville, NC, was booked for failure to appear on a misdemeanor (3 counts) ($10,000 bond; serving sentence).

• Jonathan Wesley Jones, 38, of Nakina, NC, was booked for felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver Schedule II controlled substances ($5,000 secured bond), maintaining a vehicle/dwelling place for controlled substances, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a firearm by a felon (no bond), felony larceny after breaking/entering ($25,000 secured bond), felony breaking/entering, felony conspiracy, attempted obtaining property under false pretenses, and second-degree trespass.

• Gyrell Debroise Munn, 52, of Riegelwood, NC, was booked on a court writ. Released Sept. 9.

• Roman Eric Rabon, 41, listed as homeless in Whiteville, NC, was booked for misdemeanor larceny ($500 secured bond) and second-degree trespass (3 counts; $500 unsecured bond).

• Teresa Ann Simko, 43, of Bladenboro, NC, was booked for felony conspiracy ($20,000 unsecured bond), attempted obtaining property under false pretenses, felony possession with intent to sell/deliver Schedule II controlled substances ($5,000 secured bond), and possession of drug paraphernalia. Released Sept. 11.

• Austin Snowten, 25, address unlisted, was booked on a court writ/out-of-county ordinance violation. Released Sept. 9.

Thursday, September 10, 2026

• Linwood Kenneth Bowen, 76, of Whiteville, NC, was booked for assault on a female ($5,000 unsecured bond). Released Sept. 11.

• William Joseph Britt, 31, of Clarkton, NC, was booked for failure to exhibit/surrender driver’s license ($1,000 secured bond). Released Sept. 10.

• Ronnie Howard Cutshall, 37, of Whiteville, NC, was booked on a court writ. Released Sept. 11.

• Cheree Mercedez McLaurin, 32, of Whiteville, NC, was booked for resisting a public officer ($2,500 unsecured bond) and littering under 10 lbs. Released Sept. 10.

• Tara Nicole Nobles, 34, of Leland, NC, was booked for criminal contempt (serving sentence). Released Sept. 13.

• Carl Peake, 35, of Columbus Correctional, Whiteville, NC, was booked on a court writ. Released Sept. 10.

• Jazmine Perez, 34, of Whiteville, NC, was booked for failure to appear on a misdemeanor out of Brunswick County ($1,000 secured bond). Released Sept. 10.

• John Casey Bordeaux, 30, of Delco, NC, was booked for a weekend sentence (released Sept. 20).

• Materrius Fuqwan Brown, 33, of Whiteville, NC, was booked for a high felony probation violation ($15,000 secured bond).

• Dustin William East, 39, of Loris, SC, was booked for resisting a public officer ($500 secured bond). Released Sept. 18.

• Brandon A. Laws, 37, of Whiteville, NC, was booked for a probation violation (serving sentence).

• Christopher Allen McPherson, 41, of Whiteville, NC, was booked for a weekend sentence (released Sept. 20).

• Almon Devantee Rondell Phillips, 33, of Tabor City, NC, was booked for failure to appear on a misdemeanor (2 counts) ($1,000 secured bond). Released Sept. 18.

• Gary Bruce Pinkston, 42, of Chadbourn, NC, was booked for failure to appear on a misdemeanor out of New Hanover County ($200 secured bond). Released Sept. 18.

• Derik Trovelle Crump, 35, of Sanford, NC, was booked on an out-of-county order for arrest ($268 cash bond) out of Lee County and a probation violation out of New Hanover County (no bond). Released Sept. 19.

• Deangalo Deran Lewis, 39, of Tabor City, NC, was booked for disorderly conduct (no bond), resisting a public officer, and assault on a government official/employee (no bond).

• Dasmaria Ancunesha Long, 22, of Elizabethtown, NC, was booked on a non-criminal matter. Released Sept. 19.

Sunday, September 20, 2026

• Daniel Wendell Harrelson, 39, of Delco, NC, was booked for failure to appear on a misdemeanor ($15,000 secured bond).

• Blake Ian Leete, 24, of Whiteville, NC, was booked for driving while impaired, carrying an open container of alcohol after consuming, operating a vehicle with no liability insurance, and driving with a canceled/revoked/suspended certification tag ($1,500 secured bond). Released Sept. 20.

• Joseph Robert Reinhart, 36, of Garland, NC, was booked for felony breaking and entering (no bond) and felony larceny after breaking/entering.

• William Hurt Robertson, 36, of Cerro Gordo, NC, was booked for assault on a female (no bond) and misdemeanor crime of domestic violence (no bond).
