Bolivia, NC — The Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office is celebrating a historic milestone as Lt. Donnell Marlowe marks 50 years of service to the community.
Sworn in half a century ago, Lt. Marlowe has dedicated five decades to public safety in Brunswick County. Today, he continues his service on a part-time basis, demonstrating the same commitment and work ethic that defined his career from the start.
Reflecting on his 50-year career, Lt. Marlowe shared that he has loved every minute of his time with the Sheriff’s Office and would willingly do it all over again.
Through decades of growth and change across law enforcement and the region, Lt. Marlowe has remained a steady presence in Brunswick County.
