WHITEVILLE — Local veterans and their families are invited to enjoy a night at the fair courtesy of a community sponsorship.
The Columbus County Sheriff’s Office announced that Simons Chevrolet – GMC will cover admission costs for all military veterans attending Veterans Night at the Columbus County Agriculture Fair on Tuesday, October 13.
To take advantage of the complimentary entry, veterans only need to present a valid Veteran ID at the fairgrounds entrance.
Sheriff’s Office officials expressed deep appreciation to Simons Chevrolet GMC for their generous support in honoring local service members who have sacrificed for the country, encouraging all area veterans and their families to come out, enjoy the festivities, and celebrate those who have worn the uniform.
