TABOR CITY, NC — An out-of-state fugitive was apprehended and booked into the county facility Tuesday evening by Tabor City Police officers.
Officers arrested Harley Pearson Boyd, 24, of 100 Rosevelt Street, Tabor City, at 7:24 p.m. on Oct. 20. Boyd was processed as a Fugitive from Another State under an extradition warrant. He remains held at the Columbus County Detention Center under a $0 / No Bond status pending extradition proceedings
