LELAND, NC — The Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the public’s help in locating two individuals wanted in connection with an incident reported October 21, 2026, in the area of Annie M. Bryant Drive in Leland, Brunswick County.
Investigators are seeking Thomas Lewis Eipp, 44, of Leland, and Jessica Gariel Southern, 30, of Wilmington.
According to the Sheriff’s Office, both are wanted on charges including:
- Breaking and Entering
- Felony Larceny
- Injury to Property to Obtain Nonferrous Metal
Eipp is described as a white male, 6 foot 1″ tall and 215 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. His last known address is listed on Stella Drive in Leland.
Southern is described as a white female with blonde hair. Her last known address is listed on Cedarwood Lane in Wilmington.
Authorities said there is no known threat to the public at this time. Anyone who sees either individual is urged not to approach them and instead contact the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office at 910-253-2777 or call 911. The investigation remains ongoing.
