MYRTLE BEACH, SC — A Myrtle Beach man was taken into custody early Saturday morning on a felony DUI charge following a traffic stop near Mr. Joe White Avenue and Robert M. Grissom Parkway, according to police records.
Officers arrested Charles Joseph Pertell, 34, on DUI / DUI, Less Than .10, 2nd Offense (Felony). Pertell was also charged with Driving Under Suspension, License Not Suspended for DUI — 1st Offense (Misdemeanor).
