Excavator heavily damaged; no injuries reported
Conway, SC — Horry County Fire Rescue responded late Saturday morning to a heavy equipment fire on Carl Road in Conway.
Crews were dispatched at 11:14 a.m. for a reported piece of machinery burning, with flames showing upon firefighter arrival. The incident was brought under control, and the fire was extinguished without spreading.
No injuries were reported. The excavator involved sustained extremely heavy fire damage.
