Numerous individuals were booked into the Columbus County Detention Center between Friday, Sept. 25, and Monday, Sept. 28. Charges range from attempted murder and felony narcotics trafficking to weapons violations, impaired driving, and sentence service.

Kyron Spivey, 26, of Whiteville, was booked for attempted first-degree murder following a domestic shooting investigation. He is held under no bond.

Don Cornelius Smith, 44, of Tabor City, was booked on felony charges including possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver cocaine and Schedule II substances, manufacturing Schedule II substances, felony cocaine possession, and possession of controlled substances on prison/jail premises. His total secured bond was set at $75,000.

Dalvin Davonta Smith, 26, of Tabor City, was charged with felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver marijuana, Schedule II substances, methamphetamine, and cocaine, as well as maintaining a vehicle/dwelling place for controlled substances. Bond was set at $25,000 secured.

Michael Alonzo McArthur, 43, of Whiteville, was booked for driving while impaired, driving while license revoked, and driving left of center. Bond was set at $25,000 secured.

Demetrick Shi’heem Smith, 30, of Tabor City, was charged with felony possession with intent to manufacture/sell/deliver marijuana and maintaining a place for controlled substances. Bond was set at $15,000 secured.

Tanieka Veonka Davis, 31, of Tabor City, was booked for simple possession of a Schedule II controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia. She was released on a $1,500 unsecured bond.

Xavier Tamaree Dshaun White, 29, of Elizabethtown, was booked on felony charges of possession of a firearm by a felon and discharging a weapon into an occupied property. Bond was set at $100,000 secured with additional no-bond holds.

Damauryan Tykwan Mccray, 24, of Chadbourn, was charged with driving while impaired and possession of an open container of alcohol in a passenger area. Bond was set at $3,000 secured.

Vincent Sylvester Archer, 65, of Clarkton, was booked on two counts of failure to appear on a misdemeanor. Total bond was set at $3,000 secured.

Dustin Trent Rawls, 34, of Whiteville, was booked on nine counts of failure to appear on a misdemeanor. Total bond was set at $1,000 secured.

Donnie Craig Ezzell, 45, of Clarkton, was booked for driving while license revoked (not impaired). Bond was set at $500 secured.
