CHADBOURN, N.C. — A residential dispute in Chadbourn resulted in the arrest of a 22-year-old man on weapon and threat charges Sunday evening.
Columbus County Sheriff’s deputies responded to a call on W R Cribb Drive at 9:50 p.m. on Nov. 1. Deputies arrested Layton Drake Hall, 22, of Chadbourn, and charged him with misdemeanor assault by pointing a gun and communicating threats.
Hall was processed into the Columbus County Detention Center under a $35,000 secured bond
