Little River, SC — A 21 year old Little River wheelchair bound man died after being struck by a vehicle Thursday evening.
The deceased has been identified as Guy Hickson of Little River.
The collision occurred around 8:30 p.m. on August 13 on North Horseshoe Road, where Hickson was struck by a 2016 GMC Yukon traveling eastbound. The driver of the Yukon was not injured.
Hickson was taken to McLeod Seacoast Emergency Department, where he later died from his injuries.
The South Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating the incident.
