Leland, NC — The initial zoning case scheduled for the September 22 meeting of the Leland Planning Board has been postponed, according to the Town of Leland. The Town will redistribute public notices and post the property once a new hearing date is set.
The case involves Brunswick County Tax Parcel ID 0290006114, located at 1428 Lanvale Road, near the intersection of Lanvale Road and Old Fayetteville Road. The request seeks to initially zone the parcel into Leland’s C‑1, Commercial Business District, General Commercial.
The Planning Board will consider the map amendment and make a recommendation to Town Council when the hearing is rescheduled.
