TABOR CITY, NC — Three individuals from the same Pine Circle address face serious felony drug charges after law enforcement executed a series of narcotics busts in Tabor City on Friday afternoon.
Deputies with the Columbus County Sheriff’s Office processed the three suspects into the Columbus County Detention Center within minutes of each other on Friday, Sept. 25:

Don Cornelius Smith, 44, of 515 Pine Circle Drive, was booked at 4:32 p.m. on charges of felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell, or deliver cocaine, felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell, or deliver a Schedule II controlled substance, felony manufacturing of a Schedule II substance, felony possession of cocaine, felony possession of a controlled substance on prison/jail premises, and misdemeanor possession of drug paraphernalia. Total bond for Smith was set at $75,000 secured.

Dalvin Davonta Smith, 26, of 515 Pine Circle Road, was booked at 4:39 p.m. He faces felony charges including possession with intent to manufacture, sell, or deliver marijuana, Schedule II controlled substances, methamphetamine, and cocaine, along with maintaining a vehicle or dwelling place for controlled substances, possessing marijuana paraphernalia, and possessing drug paraphernalia. His bond was set at $25,000 secured.

Demetrick Shi’heem Smith, 30, of 515 Pine Circle Road, was booked at 4:10 p.m. and charged with felony possession with intent to manufacture, sell, or deliver marijuana, felony maintaining a place for controlled substances, and misdemeanor possession of marijuana paraphernalia. He was released on a $15,000 secured bond.
