MYRTLE BEACH, SC — Andrew William Russell, 24, of Myrtle Beach, was arrested early Sunday morning following an incident in the 1400 block of South Ocean Boulevard.
According to arrest information, Russell was taken into custody at approximately 12:50 a.m. on October 4, 2026.
