CHADBOURN, NC — A Chadbourn resident was arrested Monday morning in connection with a property theft and fraud investigation.
Coy Ray Todd, 35, of WR Cribb Drive, was taken into custody by the Columbus County Sheriff’s Office at 11:13 AM on Oct. 26.
Todd was charged with felony larceny and obtaining property by false pretense. He was processed at the county jail under a $2,000 secured bond.
All individuals named in this report are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Charges and case statuses may change as investigations and court proceedings continue.
