CHADBOURN, NC — Law enforcement officers are asking for the public’s assistance following an auto theft reported in Chadbourn on Wednesday afternoon.
Deputy Da’Norie Mack was dispatched to 300 Pleasant Hill Drive in Chadbourn at 5:44 p.m. on Nov. 4. The victim, Jason Aaron Benton, reported that a Ford automobile had been stolen from the property.
The vehicle was entered into the national database for stolen automobiles, and the investigation remains active. Anyone with information is asked to contact local authorities.
Charges and case statuses may change as investigations and court proceedings continue.
