CHADBOURN, NC — A Chadbourn resident was taken into custody early Friday morning after being served with outstanding domestic violence warrants.
Deputies executed warrant paperwork on 47-year-old Antonio Lamon McFadden of 201 Church Street, Chadbourn, at 12:34 a.m. on Nov. 6 at the Law Enforcement Center.
McFadden was charged with Assault on a Female and Misdemeanor Crime of Domestic Violence in connection with an incident involving victim Sharise Marie Maultsby. McFadden was placed in the Columbus County Detention Center under no bond.
All individuals named in this report are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Charges and case statuses may change as investigations and court proceedings continue.
