BOLIVIA, NC — Brunswick County Library will host a Community Open House for its Bookmobile on Monday, September 21, 2026, from 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at the Government Center, 30 Government Center Drive NE in Bolivia.
Visitors can tour the Bookmobile, meet library staff, get or renew library cards, check out materials, place holds for future stops, and return items.
The Bookmobile launched in March and now rotates through 37 county locations, including public sites, childcare centers, senior facilities, and Brunswick Community College’s Brunswick Interagency Program. In its first six months, it has served 5,068 patrons, issued 249 new cards, attended community events, and circulated more than 2,900 items.
