Leland, NC — Leland Town Council will hold a public hearing on Thursday, September 24 at 6 p.m., or shortly thereafter, at Leland Town Hall, located at 102 Town Hall Drive. The meeting is open to the public.
The hearing will address a zoning map amendment involving Brunswick County Tax Parcel IDs 0470001212 and 0470001216. The request, submitted by Charlie Williams of Branch Columbia Leland Associates, L.P., seeks to rezone both parcels into the Leland U.S. Highway 17 Overlay District for sign‑regulation purposes.
The subject sites are located along U.S. Highway 17, north of the Brunswick Forest commercial development. Residents may attend and participate in the hearing. Written comments may be submitted up to 24 hours before the meeting.
