CERRO GORDO, NC — A Cerro Gordo resident was arrested late Monday night following a threats investigation.
Kelby Wilson Dippel, 34, of Bullard Lane, was taken into custody by deputies at 10:45 p.m. on Sept. 14. Dippel was charged with Communicating Threats and placed under a $500 secured bond. He was released from custody on Sept. 15.
All individuals named in this report are presumed innocent unless proven guilty in a court of law. Charges and case statuses may change as investigations and court proceedings continue.
